有下述缺陷時(shí)，應(yīng)報(bào)廢更換：
(1)表面有裂紋、破口或發(fā)裂者，應(yīng)報(bào)廢；
(2)危險(xiǎn)斷面磨損量超過原尺寸的10%，應(yīng)報(bào)廢；
(3)危險(xiǎn)斷面及鉤頸部產(chǎn)生塑性變形，應(yīng)報(bào)廢；
(4)開口度比原尺寸增加15%，應(yīng)報(bào)廢；
(5)吊鉤尖部扭轉(zhuǎn)變形超過10°以上，應(yīng)報(bào)廢；
