二．牙科專用型空壓機使用. 操作注意事項：

1. 使用時應將便攜式靜音無油空壓機水平安放在室內干燥. 清潔. 通風場所，特別注意遠離粉塵之類的范圍，如無法達到要求，必須增加過濾。

2. 使用前請檢查空壓機進氣通道有無堵塞，關閉排氣球閥，各元件有無異常現(xiàn)象。然后將插頭插到電源上，打開開關，空壓機電機即開始啟動，電磁閥動作，整機開始工作。

3. 壓力表指示壓力升高至設定的壓力時，壓力控制自動斷開，空壓機停止工作?；虍斠蚬╇娭兄?，壓力升至低與高壓力值之間時而停機，在恢復供電后，氣罐壓力降至低壓力控制點才能工作。

4. 接好排氣閥嘴至所有氣源設備管道，打開排氣閥門即可開始向設備供氣，當壓力表指示壓力降至設定的低壓力時，壓力控制自動閉合，醫(yī)院專用無油空壓機重新啟動（低壓力值和高壓力值根據(jù)不同的型號在產品出廠前都已設定好，一般情況下用戶不要擅自調整設定值）。

1. 如果用戶電源電壓偏低，達不到標準電壓值±10%范圍內，不能強行使用，否則會損壞空壓機電機，應另加電源穩(wěn)壓器或調壓器，使所使用電壓達到標準電壓值。

2. 使用過程中，空壓機儲氣罐里會凝結少量的水分，所以要定期排水，一般每星期排水一次，排水前先關掉電源，打開排氣閥門排盡儲氣罐里的氣體，然后擰開儲氣罐底部塞堵，排完水后，重新裝好即可使用。

3. 使用過程中，由于空氣中含有灰塵，所以消聲器要每星期定期清洗一次，清洗前先關閉電源，將消聲器擰下，然后擰下消聲器端蓋，取出里面的濾芯用氣吹洗干凈，重新安裝后即可使用（必要時更換新濾芯）。

5. 可調元件壓力控制器上部有一枚調節(jié)螺絲，可用來調節(jié)加減壓差。壓縮機出廠前已經調好停機壓力，用戶千萬不能自己隨意調節(jié)，否則可能會超出整機設計參數(shù)，損壞機組活導致壓縮機不能正常運轉。
