·采用抗斷裂的有機(jī)合成纖維構(gòu)成的高性能熱熔法加工而成；遞增結(jié)構(gòu)，利用逐漸加密多層技術(shù)，即往純凈空氣方向的纖維密度逐漸增大，較高過(guò)濾效率，可根據(jù)塵埃大小，被阻擋在不同密度的層次，更有效的容納較多的塵埃。

·粘性處理，濾料經(jīng)過(guò)充分浸膠，因粘劑完全滲透介質(zhì)而使塵埃粒子無(wú)法通過(guò)，讓全面過(guò)濾的空氣氣流均勻擴(kuò)散，形成層流狀態(tài)，達(dá)到最佳的噴涂效果。

·濾網(wǎng)的出風(fēng)面特別致密，還增加了一層方格織網(wǎng)加強(qiáng)定型,這種結(jié)構(gòu)使濾料保持較高的過(guò)濾效率和容塵量 ，還可以延長(zhǎng)濾料的使用壽命，在使用C-600G和C-560G時(shí)，除了可保證良好的空氣質(zhì)量外，由于濾料本身阻力相對(duì)較低，因此還節(jié)約系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行成本。

·濾料有全粘性、表面粘性、干性處理可供客戶(hù)選擇。

·符合歐洲和美國(guó)防火分類(lèi)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)DlN53438-F1，UL900－class2；
