HDPE is a high degree of crystallinity, non-polar thermoplastic resin. High density polyethylene non-toxic, tasbess white particles, odorless, melting point 130 ℃, relative density is 0.941~0.960. It has good heat resistance and cold resistance, good chemical stability, also has high rigidity and toughness, good mechanical strength. Dielectric properties, resistance to environmental stress cracking resistance is also good. The melting temperature of 220~260 ℃. For larger molecules of the material, suggest that melting temperature of 200~250 ℃. High density polyethylene is a kind of white powder granular products, non-toxic, tasbess, density of 0.940 ~ 0.976 g/cm3 range; the crystallinity of 80% ~ 90%, softening point of 125 ～ 135 ℃, temperature can reach 100 ℃; hardness, tensile strength and creep resistance is better than that of low density polyethylene; wear resistance, electrical insulation, toughness and cold resistance are good, but with low density insulating property slightly worse; good chemical stability, under the condition of room temperature, insoluble in any organic solvent, acid, alkali and salt corrosion; permeability to water vapor and air film is small, the water absorption of aging resistance perbance is poor, low; environmental stress cracking resistance as low density polyethylene, especially the thermal oxidation will make the perbance drop, so, resin added antioxidant and UV absorbent to improve this deficiency. High density polyethylene film under stress of hot debation temperature is low, should pay attention to this point application. HDPE是一種結(jié)晶度高、非極性的熱塑性樹脂。高密度聚乙烯為無毒、無味、無臭的白色顆粒，熔點(diǎn)約為130℃，相對(duì)密度為0.941~0.960。它具有良好的耐熱性和耐寒性，化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性好，還具有較高的剛性和韌性，機(jī)械強(qiáng)度好。介電性能，耐環(huán)境應(yīng)力開裂性亦較好。熔化溫度220~260℃。對(duì)于分子較大的材料，建議熔化溫度范圍在200~250℃之間。高密度聚乙烯是種白色粉末顆粒狀產(chǎn)品，無毒、無味，密度在0.940～0.976 g/cm3范圍內(nèi)；結(jié)晶度為80%～90%，軟化點(diǎn)為125～135℃，使用溫度可達(dá)100℃；硬度、拉伸強(qiáng)度和蠕變性優(yōu)于低密度聚乙烯；耐磨性、電絕緣性、韌性及耐寒性均較好，但與低密度絕緣性比較略差些；化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性好，在室溫條件下，不溶于任何有機(jī)溶劑，耐酸、堿和各種鹽類的腐蝕；薄膜對(duì)水蒸氣和空氣的滲透性小、吸水性低；耐老化性能差，耐環(huán)境開裂性不如低密度聚乙烯，特別是熱氧化作用會(huì)使其性能下降，所以，樹脂需加入抗氧劑和紫外線吸收劑等來提高改善這方面的不足。高密度聚乙烯薄膜在受力情況下的熱變形溫度較低，這一點(diǎn)應(yīng)用時(shí)要注意。
