YL-BZD型半自動壓合式粘箱機，是近年來根據用戶中小訂單、異性紙箱的需要，最新研發(fā)的紙箱生產的新型環(huán)保設備。它體積小占地少，操作簡單不需要經驗，非常適合小批量產品的生產和品種的更換；適用范圍廣，普通紙箱、異形彩盒單頁成型的粘合，雙片紙箱和天地蓋紙盒；節(jié)省膠水，膠水用量只相當于手工涂膠的1/3；省人工，設備最高速度56米/分鐘，效率是手工操作的3-4倍；粘接牢固、整齊不溢膠，專利打磨去除UV光膜層，或覆膜塑料層等，提高膠水的粘接力，解除了紙箱廠在一些季節(jié)紙箱容易開膠的難題。本機由于采用手工收折，在提高效率的同時還適用于全自動機不好加工的壓痕不正、特殊異性與紙面有開窗的制品。
本機結構：機架、送紙工作臺、前段輸送裝置、打磨裝置、涂膠裝置、中段輸送裝置、中段壓合裝置、電氣控制裝置。

一、YL-BZD型壓合式半自動粘箱機采用精良的加工工藝和優(yōu)質鋼材加工制作而成，機械效率每分鐘40-60片。采用智能數顯計數器，方便快捷提高生產效率。

二、打磨部采用超鋒利、高硬度、超長壽命磨紙輪。超高轉速磨紙輪保證磨紙效果。高效吸塵器使紙屑全部吸走，保證工作環(huán)境清潔。

三、涂膠部選用優(yōu)質不銹鋼制作供膠槽，及各主要部件，永不生銹涂，耐多種膠水腐蝕。可選購多型號糊輪配置，能滿足不同產品需要。

四、壓合部選用高強度輸送寬帶，在壓合紙箱的同時，紙箱輸送到一端，有保證了不破壞紙箱質量。

6.整機均選用臺灣馬達，低噪音、環(huán)保、節(jié)能低耗。

九、整機鋼材選用The steel chooses
整機機架，工字鋼、槽鋼、厚壁方管、厚壁鋼板、墻板等就采用優(yōu)質Q235-A鋼材。焊接處均采用國際標準連續(xù)不間斷焊接技術。所有軸類零部件均采用優(yōu)質45號鋼材調制處理加工而成。
