以廣泛應用于加氫反應器材料 2 .2 5Cr- 1Mo鋼為研究對象 ,對步冷試驗溫度曲線進行分析。進行了步冷加 5 2 4℃× 2 4h和步冷加 5 2 4℃× 2 7h熱處理試驗。結果表明 ,步冷試驗溫度曲線中的第三階段 5 2 4℃× 2 4h熱處理在再次步冷試驗過程中具有脆化傾向。同時對步冷試驗溫度曲線進行修正 ,提出了修正步冷試驗溫度曲線。
Based on the tests of step cooling plus 524 ℃×24 h and step cooling plus 524 ℃×27 h heat treatment for 2.25Cr-1Mo steel which is widely used in hydrogenation reactors , temperature curve for step cooling was analyzed .
