NB光軸可以對應從滑動軸到主軸的作為機械要素使用的所有軸。將作為襯套內(nèi)輪的滑動軸加工中培養(yǎng)起來的高度的加工技術和淬火技術發(fā)展到旋轉運動中，從主軸到輥軸及普通機械軸，可進行所有類型的軸加工。

上海彌牡智能科技有限公司經(jīng)過多年的加工技術的積累，從要求分段、螺釘、螺紋孔等簡單加工，到主軸、高速旋轉軸等的高度的加工技術，可進行廣泛的高精度加工。另外還可進行較長物件的研磨、鉆孔加工等。
特殊規(guī)格
根據(jù)顧客的圖紙進行各種軸的加工。從SCM材、SKS材等材質到熱處理、特殊表面處理等，可根據(jù)顧客的需求進行處理。
具有優(yōu)異的耐磨損性
使用具有優(yōu)異耐磨損性的高碳鉻軸承鋼（SUJ2）和馬氏體系列不銹鋼（相當于SUS440C）進行退火、淬火以及回火。利用NB優(yōu)異的熱處理技術，不論在圓周方向還是軸方向，均可實現(xiàn)均勻而平整的硬化層。

軸支架＆支持臺
利用軸支架和支持臺可以使軸的安裝更簡單，縮短了設計和組裝時間。
表面粗糙度
通過精密研磨加工，使表面粗糙度降低至0.4Ra以下。
FIT系列
通過精密研磨加工，對NB滑動襯套和滑動軸進行徑向間隙調整，緩減了晃動問題，并使直線運動更為順暢。
