參數(shù)不穩(wěn)定的煙氣余熱鍋爐煙氣在流量、溫度、成份組成、含塵量等各方面的波動是其特征之一,波動的性質(zhì)可以是有規(guī)律的、周期性的,也可以是非規(guī)律性、非周期性的;波動的特點(diǎn)可以是漸進(jìn)性的、也可以是沖擊性的;可以是單一參數(shù)的,也可以是多參數(shù)的復(fù)合性波動。余熱鍋爐的選型必須首先分析主工藝流程的整個周期,確定周期中各個時間區(qū)段的煙氣特點(diǎn),從而在余熱鍋爐設(shè)計(jì)中逐個落實(shí)相應(yīng)的措施。其中突出的特點(diǎn)往往是余熱鍋爐選型的主要根據(jù)。
超聲波清洗設(shè)備的頻率應(yīng)該在生產(chǎn)廠商所建議的范圍內(nèi),用經(jīng)多次所得的佳頻率進(jìn)行清洗。超聲波頻率越高,液體內(nèi)氣泡的體積越小,強(qiáng)度也越弱,一般推薦使用的頻率為4KHz,在此頻率下,會產(chǎn)生小的氣泡深入網(wǎng)穴進(jìn)行清洗.不過,由于網(wǎng)紋輥的性質(zhì)及超聲波清洗設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)不同,此頻率推薦值僅供參考。。清洗劑的溫度也會影響到清洗質(zhì)量,溫度高,清洗劑黏度就低,液體中的氣泡量就會增加,從而增加超聲波清洗的能力。
