KCB高真空齒輪油泵工作原理KCB高真空齒輪油泵依靠主從動(dòng)齒輪的相互嚙合把泵體分成吸油腔和壓油腔。吸油腔由于相互嚙合的輪齒逐漸脫開(kāi),密封工作容積逐漸增大,形成部分真空,因此油箱中的油液在外界大氣壓力的作用下,經(jīng)吸油管進(jìn)入吸油腔,將齒間槽充滿,并隨著齒輪旋轉(zhuǎn),把油液帶到左側(cè)壓油腔內(nèi)。在壓油區(qū)一側(cè),由于輪齒在這里逐漸進(jìn)入嚙合,密封工作腔容積不斷減小,油液便被擠出去,從壓油腔輸送到壓力管路中去。電動(dòng)機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),推進(jìn)裝置隨著主軸一起高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)本推進(jìn)裝置相似于一軸流泵,其排空(抽真空)的速率遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)大于齒輪嚙合排空的速率,隨著推進(jìn)裝置的推進(jìn)作用,齒輪嚙合的反泄露被阻滯,其形成的極限真空自然得到了大大的提高,處于較低位置的油液則被迅速吸入泵腔內(nèi),然后經(jīng)排油腔被壓入出口排出。
一般FFU系統(tǒng)由于單位風(fēng)量的能耗較大,因此潔凈室的冷負(fù)荷亦相應(yīng)增加。2具體情況下的評(píng)價(jià)FFU用于老建筑物改造成潔凈室時(shí),其綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)性一般往往可取。潔凈度要求嚴(yán)的潔凈室,末級(jí)過(guò)濾器滿布率1%時(shí),對(duì)大的系統(tǒng)采用FFU,當(dāng)前還是不經(jīng)濟(jì)的;對(duì)小系統(tǒng)有意義作具體比較。對(duì)潔凈度要求不甚嚴(yán)的潔凈室,末級(jí)過(guò)濾器滿布率4%時(shí)對(duì)大系統(tǒng)綜合經(jīng)濟(jì)性往往相差不多,但對(duì)IC工廠而言FFU系統(tǒng)的靈活性是重要的,因此當(dāng)前IC工廠對(duì)過(guò)濾器滿布率4%時(shí),采用FFU系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)普遍。
電暈極頂部振打根據(jù)清灰理論設(shè)計(jì)的頂部放電極振打,可采用機(jī)械和電磁兩種任選方式。D.陰陽(yáng)兩極自由懸吊HHD電收塵器收塵系統(tǒng)和電暈極系統(tǒng)均采用三維懸吊結(jié)構(gòu),當(dāng)廢氣溫度過(guò)高時(shí),收塵極和電暈極將按三維方向任意膨脹伸展,收塵極系統(tǒng)還特別設(shè)計(jì)了抗熱變鋼帶約束結(jié)構(gòu),使得HHD電收塵器具有較高的抗熱變能力,經(jīng)商業(yè)運(yùn)行表明,HHD電收塵器高耐溫可達(dá)39℃。E.提高振打加速度改善清灰效果:收塵極系統(tǒng)清灰好壞直接影響收塵效率,大部分電收器在經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間運(yùn)行后都表現(xiàn)出效率下降情況,究其根源主要是收塵極板清灰效果差所致,HHD電收塵器利用新撞擊理論和實(shí)踐結(jié)果,改傳統(tǒng)扁鋼撞擊桿結(jié)構(gòu)為整體型鋼結(jié)構(gòu),又將收塵極的側(cè)部振打錘結(jié)構(gòu)刪繁就簡(jiǎn),使掉錘環(huán)節(jié)減少2/3,實(shí)驗(yàn)表明收塵極板面小加速度從22G提高到356G。
上述各類厭氧膠都可用于維修,但為滿足維修工作的特殊需要,國(guó)外已提供了維修用厭氧膠,其特點(diǎn)為:可用于油面、臟面:維修中往往難以清除油污。快速定位、快速固化:定位時(shí)間從幾十秒到數(shù)分鐘,半小時(shí)能達(dá)到總強(qiáng)度的5%,滿足了應(yīng)急的需要。能膠接多種材料:包括各種金屬、玻璃、陶瓷、木材、塑料、橡膠等。較大的填隙能力:適用于配合面因腐損等各種原因加大的間隙的膠接。特性厭氧膠是一種單一組份、不含溶劑的膠液,含有單聚物和游離基,與空氣接觸時(shí),氧對(duì)游離基有較大的阻聚作用,故厭氧膠能保持其液態(tài)或漿狀;但當(dāng)處于兩金屬之間時(shí),因空氣被隔離并且與金屬接觸,游離基引起單體聚合變?yōu)楦呔畚?,從而自行固化成為一種堅(jiān)韌的熱固型塑料。
