1、概述
基于WinCC/B.Data的綜合能源管理系統(tǒng),是西門子公司集成于TIA全集成自動化 & TIP全集成能源自動化的一體化產(chǎn)品,通過這一強(qiáng)有力的工具,對從SCADA層中得到的數(shù)據(jù),采用成熟高效的綜合能源分析方式,覆蓋能源采購,能源調(diào)度,確保能源的高效使用和良好的成本控制。
采用B.Data進(jìn)行能源系統(tǒng)的分析及管理,最終實(shí)現(xiàn):
- 技術(shù)數(shù)據(jù)和商務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)處理系統(tǒng)的整合;
- 基于歷史負(fù)荷數(shù)據(jù)和生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃的負(fù)荷預(yù)測;
- 氣體和廢水排放預(yù)測;
- 增加發(fā)電和輸配電的效率;
- 通過生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的負(fù)荷預(yù)測提高規(guī)劃可靠性 ;
- 采購能源時,為采購部門提供成本優(yōu)化支持;
- 履行法律義務(wù),監(jiān)測報(bào)表溫室氣體排放;
- 建立能源和原料賬目的公司級透明度;
- 基于costs-by-cause原則,進(jìn)行能源成本分配,易與財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)關(guān)聯(lián) (如SAP);
相應(yīng)的分析結(jié)果,通過報(bào)表系統(tǒng)合理展示;
B.Data主要對工廠能源數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,其數(shù)據(jù)來源有多種方式,可以基于從WinCC、OPC、ODBC、FTP等多種方式進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集。本文主要講述了在B.Data 5.3中基于OPC的方式如何實(shí)現(xiàn)能源數(shù)據(jù)采集。
2、實(shí)例介紹
在WinCC中建立3個浮點(diǎn)數(shù):TestTag1,TestTag2,TestTag3;
以WinCC為OPCServer,在B.Data中進(jìn)行相應(yīng)配置基于OPC進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集。
3、WinCC中配置
3.1 建立變量
如下圖1在WinCC中建立相應(yīng)變量:

3.2 仿真器仿真數(shù)據(jù)
因?yàn)槭墙⒌膬?nèi)部變量,需要在仿真器中仿真數(shù)據(jù):

4、B.Data項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)
4.1 創(chuàng)建采集服務(wù)器
本例中采集服務(wù)器與功能服務(wù)器在同一臺機(jī)器上,所以Hostname是本機(jī),如果采用分布式結(jié)構(gòu),需要配置主機(jī)名和地址為采集服務(wù)器的主機(jī)名和IP地址。同時需要注意,一定不要采用Hostname為Localhost,IP地址為127.0.0.0.1,通訊是不成功的。

4.2 配置變量
創(chuàng)建采集服務(wù)器后,需要配置OPC組態(tài)并添加變量:
- 配置采集服務(wù)器
- 配置OPC 采集驅(qū)動器
- 創(chuàng)建OPC采集組(采集周期為1分鐘)
- 選擇WinCC中變量

5、Kernel.exe程序的配置
完成驅(qū)動連接創(chuàng)建變量后,需要運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集服務(wù)Kernel,如下圖在采集服務(wù)器中啟動相關(guān)服務(wù),可以采用手動啟動的方式:

Founded in 1962 with its headquarters in Qiqihar, Heilongjiang Province, Feihe Dairy is one of the earliest milk powder producers in China. It created milk powder bula more suitable for Chinese consumers, especially for babies and infants.
