新型柱子機使用時注意的4個問題？新型柱子機有更高的使用壽命，在使用時，只有按照規(guī)范的使用流程才能更好增加柱子機的使用壽命，具體的使用流程有哪些呢，下面我們簡單來看看吧:
1、新型柱子機開始運行投料后，應該先啟動柱子機的主電機，當使用的物料推到震動起下部后就可以啟動震動電機，開始進入正常生產(chǎn)。盡量避免震動器的空震。嚴禁震動電機反轉(zhuǎn)。
2、當柱子機產(chǎn)品出機后，應該首先測量產(chǎn)品厚度，如有超差應調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)料板的高度和震動器膠墊的厚度。
3、生產(chǎn)中必須監(jiān)視料斗的情況，供料不及時，應該立馬停機等候。
4、如果中途需要停止新型柱子機時，應先停主電機，再停震動器。再啟動時，應先啟動震動器，再啟動主電機。以防產(chǎn)品拉裂。
